Configure my Particeep platform

Setting up your platform is the first step in configuring your platform.

Configuring the platform allows:

Platform URL

This section allows you to change the URL (domain name) of your platform as long as it is hosted by Particeep

The default URL proposed by Particeep is of the form nomdemaplateforme.particeep.com

Once the domain name is redirected, you will no longer be able to use this feature.

Changing languages on the platform has several impacts:

you need to create a content page for each chosen language.
Email notifications are sent according to the language chosen by the user of the platform
The content of the platform is automatically translated according to the language chosen by the user of the platform

From this section you can add an email to receive requests from your customers via the urlofmyplatform/contact page

This email address is not a sending address, it is not used for sending email notifications.

This section is essential because it allows you to choose the features you want to activate on your platform according to

Indexing for search engines	Your platform is not referenced on search engines

Customer knowledge mandatory for investors	The customer knowledge form is active
Customer knowledge signature for investors	The electronic signature of the customer knowledge sheet is activated
Automatic investor validation	The investor can access transactions without administrator validation
Activate the transaction submission form	Transactions can be proposed by third parties via a form
Activation of unit transactions	Unit transactions (funds, shares) are activated
Activation of loan transactions - bonds	Loan or bond transactions are activated
Activation of pending subscriptions	In case of online payment, the transactions carried out are paid later

Activate the signature of the agreement for the partners	The electronic signature of the distribution agreement is activated
Enable identity verification for investors	Identity verification service is enabled

Enable identity verification when submitting transactions	Identity verification service is enabled
Request and verify the ORIAS number	Verification of the ORIAS number is enabled for distributor partners
All documents must be signed on the transaction	Validation of transactions possible only if all the documents to be signed are signed
