Perform a use audit of the Particeep solution

Particeep provides platform administrators with on-demand access to audit trails relating to users of their platform.

How does the audit of user actions work?

Auditing is not available in the Particeep administrator interface. This functionality is planned in our roadmap.

Audit information can only be accessed upon request to Particeep.

You enter the desired information and our team will search for this information in our system.

What information can I find?

It is possible to find any action made on the API at the level of requests to create, modify or delete any elements.

For example, the deletion of a user, of a document, the creation of a transaction, the modification of a response to a questionnaire, the creation of an electronic signature, etc ...

The audit information will contain the author of the action (the login email for his account), his action and the time at which his action was carried out.

On the other hand, it is not possible to audit who logged in at a particular time or on which button the user clicked on the interface.

It is truly an audit trail on the creation, modification or deletion of user information.

What cost associated with an audit request?

Consult the professional services brochure (on request to the support team).

The associated cost will depend on the request requested (provide at least a type 4 or 5 intervention)

For example:

  • Knowing which administrator deleted a document on a given date is a simple query.
  • On the other hand, having the list of users who canceled their investment between two dates is a more complex request. Contact our team for more information to find out the cost associated with your audit.
