Particeep's technical continuity plan

Accessibility procedure in case of failure of the Particeep service

We have a system of escrow with the agency for program protection.

Our sources are on file with the Agency for Program Protection; which allows you to continue to be able to use them within the framework of your activity.

You will therefore continue to be able to access your data either via your back office or via a request to the Particeep API.

The service will therefore be operational and not scalable.

To learn more about the escrow:

The main purpose of escrow is to secure the relationship between the supplier of a digital creation and its customer. Indeed, it allows the customer to access the elements deposited (source code of software, technical and configuration documentation, plans, etc.) with a third-party receiver.

The customer can thus be assured of being able to continue using the technology, despite the disappearance or failure of his supplier. He is thus reassured about the sustainability of his investments and avoids financial and time loss since he will not have to look for a replacement solution, deploy it, train his teams, etc.

For the supplier, escrow is a business asset during contract negotiations.

Business Continuity Plan

In the event of the termination of the contract with Particeep, Particeep keeps the data inherent to customers and operations available to the platform operator for a period of 6 months in order to transmit them on request to the platform within a maximum period of 10 days.

This data is also accessible in real time via an extraction from the administrator's back office.

In the event that Particeep ceases to operate, the service remains operational but not scalable because the Particeep financial services API code, which is the subject of a patent filing, is hosted at the French program protection agency.

The customer can therefore continue to use all the financial services offered by the Particeep API free of charge.
