Technical means implemented by Particeep.

Particeep, a specialist in white-label financial services marketing platforms, uses the infrastructure as a service provided by its technical service provider Clevercloud to deploy its applications.

The servers where the data are stored are based in France (Clevercloud).

The source code of the Particeep APIs is stored on Clevercloud servers, locally at Particeep and on Bitbucket. 

Data and source code management

Access control and data backup

Access to data and systems is protected by SSL/SSH.

The data in the database is hashed and therefore only the user has his login access to his account.

User data is stored on Iliad servers which are based in France.

Transactional data is stored on Particeep's servers (excluding banking information).

Transactional data is also stored on the servers of the payment service provider in the event of online payment of transactions.

The servers where the documents are stored (each user has a documentary space) are based in Ireland (Amazon Cloud).

There is a daily back up of the database. Each back-up is kept for 10 days.

Features of Amazon infrastructure

Amazon's infrastructure is highly available and enables its customers to set up a robust architecture. The systems are designed to accept system failures with minimal customer impact.

Accommodation in Ireland has 3 separate areas, if one of the three falls one can use one of the other 2.

Amazon incident management employees use industry diagnostic procedures to drive their resolution methodology in the event of blocking events.

24/7 control is provided.
