Add an external payment provider to the Particeep platform

Particeep offers default payment service providers accessible by simple configuration from your administrator back office.

The providers offered by default are:

  • Lemonway
  • Mangopay (beta)
  • Orange Pay (soon)

What if I want to integrate a payment service provider not offered by Particeep?

Occasionally, platform administrators may wish to:

  • Switch from one payment service provider to another for various reasons (cost, responsiveness, availability in certain geographic areas),
  • Work with a service provider adapted to their activity or chosen according to their needs,
  • Change payment service provider.

If Particeep does not offer this payment service provider by default, we may investigate the possibility of adding it to the payment service providers offered.

Validate the eligibility of a payment service provider for integration with the Particeep solution

Before adding a new payment service provider to the Particeep solution, you must validate several points with the latter:

  • Check that the service provider offers an electronic wallet system (e-wallet),
  • Check that the service provider has the right to make payments in the context of capital and loan investment transactions and that the latter is not limited to e-commerce only,
  • Check that the service provider manages the currency of your platform,
  • Check that the service provider has API Rest documentation.

How to request the integration of the solution to the Particeep teams?

  • Send the service provider's API documentation to the support teams
  • Particeep provides a quote to integrate the payment service provider into its API according to the professional services grid
  • You accept the quote
  • The service is then integrated into our API and then made available on our white-label platform if necessary.

What about the continuity of the online payment service?

Particeep has put in place a special procedure with payment service providers allowing users to change providers while ensuring the continuity of the online payment service for users.

This procedure includes the migration of users, their KYC, their wallet identifiers as well as the history of payment flows associated with the wallets.
