The third-party service HUB accessible via the Particeep API

Particeep integrates into its API a panel of third-party services useful for marketing financial products and services online.

We are constantly integrating new services that are useful for banks, insurers, management companies and fintechs.

The benefits of the third-party service hub

  • Access via a single integration (security, error management, tests, workflows) to several value-added third-party services,
  • Any change of third-party service is done through a configuration. A service is no longer operational, you switch to the equivalent service in a few seconds from your back office,
  • Your online financial services are becoming scalable. You can offer your services in any geographic area while keeping the same customer journeys and adding the equivalent third-party service of your choice.

How to add a third-party service to the Particeep API?

Particeep has implemented generic connectors for each category of integrated third-party services to meet third-party API interchangeability requirements.

How to contract?

The contracting for the addition of third-party services is done directly with the service provider:

  • Contact our team,
  • We provide you with the commercial contact and the basic price list,
  • You contract and are billed directly by the service provider,
  • You provide us with your login access,
  • Particeep performs the technical configuration of the third-party service to make it accessible on your platform (this service may be subject to our professional services grid).

What are the conditions for integrating a third-party service into the Particeep API?

Third-party services can be integrated with the Particeep API:

  • if they have an API,
  • if they have a webservice,
  • if they don't have an API,
  • whatever the data exchange protocol implemented by the third-party service.
