Understanding the user table

From your API administrator back office, you have:

  • A table with key information on the accounts created
  • Key actions for managing your users

What is the information about my users?

  • The reference: unique client identifier allowing you to retrieve all the client's information via our API
  • The wallet: The status of the customer's wallet which is activated if you connect a payment service provider already integrated into the Particeep API
  • Classic user data (email, name, first name, connection date, etc.)
  • The type: this is the type of customer, i.e. natural person or legal person
  • Payment of taxes: the tax management system which defines whether it is up to the client or the platform to pay the taxes associated with the operations
  • A list of actions on the customer's account

Actions on users

From the API administrator back office, several actions are possible such as:

  • Account creation
  • Modification of data on the customer profile

Creating a new account

Create a new user account from the users section.

In order to create a user, natural person or legal person:

  • Click on the create user button
  • Fill in the required information

Changing the user account

Modify the user account from the users section:

  • Choose the account to modify
  • Click on actions

You will be able to:

  • Delete account
  • See detailed profile
  • See documents shared with the customer account
  • Add a comment on the account
  • Add partners or advisers associated with the account

Customer account information

From your API administrator back office, you have access to detailed customer account information.

To view the detailed customer profile:

  • Go to the users section
  • Click on the account email

You thus have access:

  • To personal information that you can edit
  • To customer knowledge information
  • To transaction information
  • To comments with the possibility of adding
