How to get your Particeep api/secret keys
All Particeep platforms are based on a Rest API.
It is therefore possible for administrators to request API / secret keys in order to be able to perform specific actions on their data.
The provision of API keys is included in your license.
What are your API keys used for?
With your API keys, you can:
- Recover data to interface a third-party application
- Feed your data platform information from a third-party solution
- Connect any type of solution
- Manage events our webhook module
- And much more...

The rules for using your API keys
If you carry out GET-type actions: we guarantee the standard support for your platform.
If you carry out actions other than the GET type (i.e. POST / DELETE / PUT):
- We no longer guarantee any support on your platform because of the possible problems you may cause.
- We only provide API support (developer to developer) untied from interfaces. A log system allowing us to differentiate between calls to the API directly and via the turnkey platform.
- Any action requiring support and fixes to be applied will be billed according to our professional service grid.
