Understand the operations table

From the API administrator back office, you can manage the data of your operations in shares, debt, bond securities.

These operations constitute the supports that you then offer on the various personalized user interfaces that you develop.

What transaction data is available?

You can view transaction data from the transactions section.

The following data is available:

  • Reference: the unique identifier of the operation allowing you to perform all the associated actions from the API,
  • End date of the operation,
  • Amount to be collected or target amount,
  • Details of the operation (creation date, name, email, creator, etc.),
  • The amount collected,
  • The status of the operation,
  • Type: the type of support associated with the operation (shares, donation, loan or bonds),
  • A list of actions on operations.

What actions are possible on operations?

You can edit the transactions from your API administrator back office.

Only the operations being created and being analyzed can be modified.

You edit an operation from the operations section:

  • Select the transaction to modify,
  • Click on actions.
  • You then have access to the following actions:
  • Edit the file: edit the descriptive information of the operation,
  • Edit details: modify the financial information of the transaction,
  • Manage the club deal: to define a restricted list of users having access to the operation,
  • Add to favorites: to display the favorite transactions on your web page,
  • Assign to a user: to define the user responsible for managing the operation,
  • Add a comment: to add a note or a tag on the operation.

The creation of new operations

You can create a new operation from your API administrator back office.

For donation operations: creation is done directly from the Particeep API via the swagger documentation.

For transactions in shares, debt, and bonds, you can create a new transaction from the transactions section.

  • Select any operation,
  • Click on actions,
  • Click on New transaction or click on the create
