Monitoring of subscriptions by the partner
How to follow the transactions carried out by the distribution partner?
Distributor partner can track transactions
- Carried out by their customers directly from their space
- Created directly from the partner area
On a transaction, the distributor partner can follow:
- The payment status of the transaction
- The status of signed documents
- The amount of commissions
Track the payment status of the transaction
To find out if the transaction has been paid for by the subscriber:
- Go to the Transactions section -> list of subscriptions
- Search for the transaction
- Consult the status column

Track the status of signed documents
When a subscription is made by the partner:
- The customer receives an invitation to view the documentation to be signed and then perform the signature online
- The distributor partner can also print the pre-filled documentation, the customer has to manually sign and then attach the signed document to the transaction
To track the status of signed documents:
- Go to the section Operations -> transactions -> list of subscriptions
- Search for the transaction
- Consult the signatures column

Track commission status
The distributor partner can follow his commissions:
- Per transaction from the Transactions section -> list of subscriptions -> Partner fees column
- By operation from the Products section -> list of products -> partner commission column
- Since registration, from the Dashboard -> fees section
