Add a manually signed document to a subscription

The distributor partner can add a handwritten signed document to a customer's subscription.

To add a document to a subscription:

  • Go to the Transactions section -> list of subscriptions -> shares,
  • Click on link a document,
  • Choose to send the document by email to the customer for an electronic signature.

Print the subscription form to have it signed by hand by customers

The distributor partner can choose to generate the subscription document for a handwritten signature by the subscriber.

To add a document to a subscription:

  • go to the Transactions section -> list of subscriptions -> shares,
  • click on see linked documents,
  • click on view document.

The document is generated in the universign interface and you can simply print it and have it signed by the client(s).
