How to make a customer subscription?

The distributor partner has the option of making subscriptions on behalf of its customers.

To create a transaction:

  • Go to the Subscription section
  • Select the type of product on which the subscription will be made (UNITS, LOANS AND BONDS, FUND)
  • Click on the SUBSCRIBE button
  • Follow the steps to subscribe

Customer's Choice

  • Enter the customer's name or email address to find it, wait a few seconds ...

Choice of product

  • Enter the name of the product on which the transaction is made in the search bar.

Investment amount

  • Enter the amount of the subscription,
  • Consult the financial details and respect the investment limits visible on the details of the operation,
  • Select the type of investment.

Subscription form

  • Then fill in all the questions and documents necessary to validate the subscription

Co-subscriber

  • Add a joint subscriber if you know it

Bank account

  • Select the bank account associated with the transaction or add a new one

Subscription documentation

Then generate the subscription documentation

Sign the first if necessary

How to follow the transactions carried out by the distributor partner?

Distributor partner can track transactions

  • Carried out by their customers directly from their space,
  • Created directly from the partner area,

On a transaction, the distributor partner can follow:

  • The payment status of the transaction
  • The status of signed documents
  • The amount of commissions

Track the payment status of the transaction

To find out if the transaction has been paid for by the subscriber:

  • Go to the Transactions section -> list of subscriptions
  • Search for the transaction
  • Consult the status column

The possible values of the status column

Description

Pending

Payment is pending

Success

Payment was made by the customer

Refunded

Customer has been refunded

Canceled

The transaction has been canceled

Track the status of signed documents

When a subscription is made by the partner:

  • The customer receives an invitation to view the documentation to be signed and then perform the signature online
  • The distribution partner can also print the pre-filled documentation, get the customer manually sign and then attach the signed document to the transaction.

To track the status of signed documents:

  • Go to the Operations section -> transactions -> list of subscriptions
  • Search for the transaction
  • Consult the signatures column

Possible values of the signatures column

Description

Pending

Validation Pending validation of the digital identity of the signatories by Universign

Expired

Signature expired after 14 days

Failed

Canceled the signer refused to sign

To sign

The signer has been invited to sign the document online

Pending

The signatory has not yet been invited to sign the document online

Signed

The document has been signed online by the signatory(s)

The distributor partner can also follow the documents to be signed online by the co-subscriber (s) and their status from the Signatures -> Subscriptions section.

Track commission status

The distributor partner can follow his commissions:

  • From the Transactions section -> List of subscriptions -> Partner fees column
  • From the Products section -> List of products -> Partner commission column
  • From the Dashboard -> Fees.
