Partner profile management

The distributor partner can perform several actions on his profile from his partner area.

To do this, his account must be activated.

Creation of the distributor partner account

There are 2 types of account creation for the distributor partner.

Creation by the distributor partner

From the online subscription platform, the distributor partner can create an account.

The steps for creating the account are as follows:

  • The distributor accesses the registration page dedicated to partners on the platform via its URL www.plateform.com/partner/signin,
  • The distributor provides his information,
  • His Orias number, identity document, Siren and RCS are checked automatically if the option is activated on the platform,
  • The partner signs the distribution agreement online,
  • The platform administrator receives an alert in his space,
  • The platform administrator decides whether or not to validate the partner's account,
  • The administrator assigns operations to be marketed to the partner,
  • The partner accesses their distributor area.

Creation by administrator

From the administrator area, it is possible to create an account for the management company.

The steps are as follows:

  • the administrator creates the account for the management company from the section my partners -> List of partners,
  • the distributor receives an alert by email in order to fill in his information and access his space.

Access to the distributor partner account

Once the partner's account is validated by the administrator (management company, bank, insurance or fintech) he can access his space.

To access his dashboard, the partner must go to the connection page dedicated to partners on the platform via his URL www.plateform.com/partner/signin

Possible actions on the profile of the distributor partner

The partner can manage his profile from a drop-down menu accessible from the header of his space

Partner profile management

The distributor partner can edit and view his profile from his space.

Viewing the partner's profile gives access to the following information:

  • Partner's personal information
  • Partner company information
  • Their responses to partner and customer knowledge questionnaires
  • The list of partner bank accounts for the payment of commissions
  • The agreements and amendments signed and to be signed by the partner
  • Notes or comments on the tasks to be performed by the partner

To edit his profile:

  • The partner clicks on the edit button when viewing
  • The partner clicks on the edit my profile button when he is on their dashboard.
