Find the signatures of a transaction

Particeep gives the possibility to the distributor to visualize in his space all the signatures attached to a transaction.

This feature is particularly useful when:

• There are several documents to sign
• There are several signatories on the documents

The distributor partner can then have a precise inventory of the status of the documents to be signed.

How to find the signatures from the reference of the transaction?

• Go to Transactions -> select the transaction -> copy the transaction reference

The complete reference is not necessary, you can copy only the first visible characters of the reference.

• Then go to Signatures -> transactions -> paste the previously copied reference in the search bar.
• Validate and consult the signatures associated with the transaction.
