Information from the signature table
Particeep offers the distributor partner a space for monitoring signed documents.
These documents can be:
- the subscription documents signed by the investors and in some cases by the distributor partner
- documents signed by investors (customer knowledge, advice sheet)
- the documents signed by the partner (distribution agreement, amendments to agreements, subscription documents)
- any other type of document signed by the partner.
Documents signed manually and added to transactions as part of semi-digital subscriptions can be found in the Signatures -> Transactions tab
The signature table
The signature table consists of the following columns:
- Signature creation date
- Name of document to sign
- Name and first name of the signatory
- Signatory's email
- Signatory's phone number
- Name of the operation (visible for documents linked to a subscription)
- The status of the signature

To track the status of signed documents
- Consult the value of the status field

It is also possible to filter on a defined status
Possible actions on signatures
Several actions are possible on the signatures:
- Go to the section Signatures -> Actions
- Click on sign to sign the document online
- Click on sign to download the document and sign it manually
- Click on view to preview the pre-filled document to sign
