Possible actions on investor accounts
From his space, the distributor partner can administer the accounts of his customers.
To carry out actions on investor accounts, the partner must go to the user section -> list of your investors -> actions.
How the partner realizes or modifies the client knowledge and the investor's profile
To fill up the customer knowledge of an investor, the distributor partner can complete the customer knowledge form instead of the investor.
To achieve customer knowledge (KYC):
- Go to the Users section -> list of your investors -> shares -> edit the form,
- Fill in the information of the customer knowledge questionnaire.
To edit investor information:
- Go to the Users section -> list of your investors -> shares -> Edit profile,
- Fill in the desired profile information in the edit profile section.
To give professional access to an investor:
- Go to the Users section -> list of your investors -> shares -> professional access.
What happens once the investor's customer knowledge is made by the partner?
The partner can view and print the KC documents and have it signed manually by the customer.
The document is visible on the profile from the user section -> list of your investors -> client email -> signatures.
The investor is notified and can sign the know your customer document online.
How the partner activates their clients' accounts
The distributor partner can activate the accounts of its customers to make it possible to subscribe to the products by the customer.
Before activating an investor account, you must first create and validate customer knowledge. This is the responsibility of the distribution partner. Any subscription made by an invalid account can be canceled by the administrator account i.e. the management company.
The distributor partner must then validate via the Users section -> list of your investors -> actions -> Validate.
The distributor partner must go to the Users section - > list of your investors -> actions -> Validate.
The validation action is accessible depending on the configuration of the platform.
How the partner deactivates their clients' accounts
The partner can also temporarily deactivate an investor's account for compliance reasons, namely:
- Politically exposed personality,
- Non-compliance in the context of financial security,
- ...
To deactivate an investor's account, the distributor partner must go to the users section - > list of your investors -> shares -> Reject.
The distributor partner has the option of notifying the investor by email of the reason for deactivating his account. The latter must redo his customer knowledge.
How to share documents with clients
The partner can share several documents with his client.
To share a document with a user, the channel partner must:
- Go to the users section - > choice of customer -> actions -> View documents,
- Add the document or folder to share with the client,
- Click on actions -> share.
