How to manage my documents and those of my investors?

Particeep offers partners a secure documentary space.

Documentary space is available:

Investor documents

To consult investor documents:

Go to Investor -> investors' email -> Documentary space,
Consult the documents uploaded by the investor,
Return to the investor's profile by clicking on the back arrow at the top right of the window.

Three main actions are possible on the documents in the investor area:

Add a new folder or document,
Delete the folder or document,
Share by adding the investor's email: this action notifies the investor by email who can then consult the document from his space.

The distributor partner has a secure documentary space to manage his documents.

The possible actions on documents are as follows:

Add a new folder or document,
Delete the folder or document,
Edit information: this action modifies the description or the name of the document,
Share: this action notifies by email, users integrated into the sharing list with a secure URL allowing access to the document online,
Copy document link: this action generates a secure permanent link allowing you to share the document with people who do not have an account on the platform.
