Validate or reject a user

Particeep offers two user validation statuses on the platform: Validated and Not Validated.

Status Validated

When the option Automatic investor validation, the investor is automatically validated at the end of the know your customer form.

Otherwise, it is necessary to manually validate each new investor

When the Automatic investor validation option is not activated, the investor is automatically not validated.

He then needs the administrator's validation before he can invest.

The administrator can decide after validation of the investor to reject it. The investor will no longer be able to invest on the platform.

To validate a user:

Go to Users -> Actions -> Validate.
The investor receives a notification email confirming his validation
The investor can invest in all the operations in progress on the platform except those which do not correspond to his risk profile.

To reject a user:

go to Users -> Actions -> Reject.
enter the reason for the rejection before confirming the action.
The user receives an email notifying him with the reasons for refusal that you have provided

You can validate or reject several users at the same time.
