Possible actions on users

Particeep Finstore offers different types of actions on users:

• Individual actions on a user
• Grouped actions on a group of users

Possible actions on a user

In the list of Users:

• click on Actions -> select your action

Among the actions offered to users:

• Validate: to validate the user after registering
• Reject: to refuse the user's registration
• Delete: to delete a user
• Edit the form: when the customer knowledge form is mandatory for registration, this action allows you to modify the response to the specific user's form
• View profile: to view detailed information about a user

• View documents: to add, view, modify or delete all documents that are attached to the user

• Partner management: to add or delete one or more partner accounts from the user

Bulk actions on several users

You can validate, reject, or delete one or more users simultaneously.

To perform the group action:

• Go to Users -> Grouped Actions -> select your action

Be careful not to delete a user who has already subscribed to an operation. This action is irreversible.
