How to attach a document to a transaction?

It is possible to link a document to a transaction already passed.

Once connected to your administrator area:

  • Click on the Subscriptions tab
  • Find the transaction to which you want to attach a document
  • Click on the Actions button located at the end of the line where the transaction is located.

  • Then click on Link a document.

  • Indicate whether the subscriber must sign the document to be bound or not.

If the subscriber must sign the document, click Yes.

  • Select the document to add or drag it directly to the indicated location
  • Click on Save

  • If the subscriber does not have to sign the document, click on No.
  • Select the document to add or drag it directly to the indicated location.
  • Click on Save.
