Validate a transaction with a payment service provider

To validate a transaction when online payment is active:

Go to the Settings tab -> Optional settings
Make sure that the option Offline payments without a payment service provider is deactivated

When the platform is connected to an online payment service such as LemonWay, there are several cases of validation of a subscription

The money transfer is done directly when the administrator and the investor have an ewallet created and validated.

The administrator or the distributor can create subscriptions on behalf of their customers.

The step 3 of the subscription path allows the investor to define the payment options for the transaction

The option the subscription was paid outside the platform is disabled when you create the transaction.

The subscription will not be automatically validated.
The investor will receive an email informing him that a transaction is waiting to be validated in his user area.
As soon as the investor has confirmed the subscription, the latter will be validated.

The option the subscription has been paid outside the platform is activated when the transaction is created.

The subscription will be automatically validated.
The investor will receive an email informing him that a transaction has been validated.
Investors can find these transactions in their user area, in their Transactions section.
