How to validate a transaction?

A transaction has three possible statuses:

  • Waiting
  • Validated
  • Canceled

To validate a pending transaction:

  • Log in to your administrator area.
  • Click on the Subscriptions tab
  • Click on the Actions button located on the line of the transaction you wish to validate.

  • Click on the Set as paid

Please note, if you have activated in your settings the option " All documents must be signed to validate a transaction", the transaction can only be validated when all the documents assigned to the transaction have been signed.

When a transaction is committed, it is no longer possible to modify the details of the transaction in question.

The amount of the transaction is added to the amount collected on the product concerned.
