How to activate a club deal to make a private transaction?
The Club Deal functionality makes it possible to make private or partition an operation to a limited circle of users.
What does that mean?
The Club Deal is a syndicated and collective investment bringing together a limited number of investors.
The private operation will therefore be completely invisible to users who are not part of the Club Deal, they will therefore not be able to invest in it.
How to do?
To make an operation private and restricted to a limited number of users, go to your back-office and follow the following steps:
- Click on the Products
- Click on the ACTIONS button -> Activate the club deal
- To confirm
Add investors to the club deal
The club deal operation will only be visible to added users.
To add an investor to the club deal:
- Go to Activate club deal -> add investors
- Add users to the club deal via autocompletion
- Add users to the club deal via an email list
