Public presentation and private presentation of an operation

When creating an operation, it is possible to add a description.

To do this:

• Go to Products -> choice of product -> Modify description.
• Then click on the Edit the content of the operation tab.

Introduction an operation

• The description entered in the Detailed description of the operation field (accessible only to validated investors: confidential information) will be visible only by investors connected to their investor account and validated by the administrator.
• The description entered in the Public description field of the operation (non-confidential information), this description will be visible by all.

Modifying a transaction

It is possible to modify the description once the subscriptions are in progress.

To do this:

• Click on the Products tab -> Actions -> Edit content -> Edit operation content.
