Possible actions on an operation
Several actions are possible on the operations.
These actions can be:
- on an operation
- on an operation group
Possible actions on an operation
Go to the Operations tab:
- Select an operation -> click on Actions
- A drop-down menu appears with several possible actions
What do the actions mean:
- New product: to create a new operation
- Edit the operation in stages: to go through all the steps necessary to configure the operation
- Edit description: to modify the description of your operation,
- Edit the transaction: to modify the financial details of the transaction,
- View documents: to add, view, modify or delete all documents to view or sign related to the transaction
- See the responses to the form: if an investment form has been attached to the operation, you can view the responses to this form through this action
- Start the operation: to start subscriptions on the operation
- Cancel the operation: to cancel the operation,
- Make private: to restrict the visibility of the operation to a circle of investors
- Partner management: to define the partners authorized to market your operation,
- Professional access required: to limit the transaction to professional investors
- Add to favorites: to bookmark the transaction on your platform
- Assign to a user: to change the product owner
- Add comment: to add an advisory note to the operation that is only visible to administrators.
Other additional actions may appear depending on the status of the operation such as:
- Repayment schedule: for current loan transactions, which allows you to view the transaction's repayment schedule,
- Validate and finish: to close a successful operation in progress
- Cancel and finish: to cancel an operation in progress, users who have subscribed will be reimbursed
- View transactions: to see the list of investors who have subscribed to the transaction and transaction details
- Actions grouped on several operations
It is possible to :
- Delete multiple transactions
- Assign a risk profile to several transactions
To do this, go to Products -> select the operations -> group actions
Deleting an operation is an irreversible action.
