Create a dismembered product
To create a dismembered product, go to your administrator back-office in the Product tab then click on the CREATE button.
- Enter the name of the new product then select parts
- Modify the financial parameters of the transaction
- Activate the option "Activate the dismemberment on this operation"
- Fill in the list of duration in years and the list of shares in bare ownership.
- Save then start the operation
How to enter the parameters of the dismemberment?
The order in which you fill in these parameters matters.
Example:
- List of durations in years: 10, 20, 30
- List of shares in bare ownership: 0.8, 0.7, 0.6
When a bare owner invests in dismemberment over 10 years he will pay 80% of the amount and the usufructuary will pay 20%. If he invests over 20 years the bare owner will pay 70% of the amount and the usufructuary 30%.
