If you want to start accepting payments, here are the different legal steps to follow:

To use Mangopay, your company must be registered in one of the countries of the European Economic Area
Mangopay does not accept companies that do betting, games and adult content
The legal department reserves the right to refuse an activity
Production accounts are activated from Monday to Friday noon

The statutes annotated “certified in conformity” by the manager and signed
A Kbis extract less than three months old
VAT number of the company
Identity document of natural persons directly OR indirectly holding 10% of the company
The identity document of the manager authorized to engage the Partner (for the declaration)
A Declaration of Honor completed and signed by the manager
The manager's CV (LinkedIn PDF accepted)
An extract from the manager's criminal record (to make the request, you can go here)

These amounts are cumulative per calendar year and per user

LIGHT validation: for transactions of less than € 2,500 in incoming payment and / or € 1,000 in outgoing payment
REGULAR validation: for an annual total of incoming transactions, per user, greater than € 2,500 and / or € 1,000 in outgoing payment
