Understand the different status of my wallet

It is possible to activate a payment service provider (Stripe, Lemonway, etc.) on the platform:

  • Make sure beforehand that online payment is activated on your platform.
  • Go to Settings -> optional settings
  • Uncheck the offline payment option or contact our support if this is not possible.

The status of the wallet

Users have 3 statuses on their wallet:

  • Created: wallet awaiting validation by the payment service provider
  • Not created: wallet not created
  • Validated: validated by the payment service provider

To check the status of your users' wallet:

  • Go to users -> wallet column

Then click on the status of the wallet to view or create the user's wallet

The transaction history is auditable from the transactions tab.
