Management of online bank transfers without SEPA
In some cases, wallets can be linked to bank accounts outside the SEPA zone.
These accounts are not in IBAN format and are therefore subject to a specific procedure in the context of transactions

- withdrawal of funds from the account
The management of bank accounts outside the SEPA zone is done directly in the back office of the payment service provider
Creation of a non-SEPA bank account from your Lemonway back office
To release the funds of an investor who cannot make a transfer because his bank account is not in IBAN format, there are two procedures.
Manual procedure to create the IBAN account outside SEPA
To create the IBAN account outside SEPA:
- Search in the client wallets for the investor in question
- Click on Bank Information
- Click on New IBAN, then on New IBAN (Outside SEPA)
- Select the account type (IBAN, BBAN / RIB, others ...)
Manual procedure to make the funds transfer
As soon as the bank account has been validated and activated by the payment provider:
- Click on External Transfer
- Enter the indicated fields
- The balance of the user's wallet will be the same between the Lemonway back office and what the investor will see on his space
On the other hand, the transaction will not be traced on the Particeep environment and will only be visible on the Lemonway back-office environment.
