Use your Lemonway back office
You are a Particeep customer and Lemonway is your payment provider.
This article details how the Lemonway back office:
- The dashboard with the commission account and statistics
- Customer accounts: View balance/KYC documents, IBAN.
- Sending notifications and its configuration
How do Particeep and Lemonway communicate?
Data sharing between Particeep and Lemonway is done as follows:
- Particeep sends data to Lemonway
- Lemonway processes the data and returns the result of the processing to Particeep
The following actions are prohibited:
- Carry out actions between wallets
- IBAN creation directly from your Lemonway back office because Lemonway does not communicate bank information to Particeep
Any prohibited action carried out giving rise to manual intervention by our teams is invoiced according to our professional services grid.
The dashboard
This section allows you to have an overview of your transactions and associated statistics
The blue box with € 50,728 is Lemonway's commission account, it is used by Lemonway for the remuneration of each transaction on the platform.
Available statistics
By clicking on the dashboard, you have access to the statistics of your Lemonway back office:
- Investor Payment Account Status:
- Number of validated KYC documents, pending validation etc ...
Customer account
- To access the status of the accounts of natural and legal persons, go to Account> Customer
- The available statuses are: validated, pending validation or rejected by Lemonway.
You can:
- Consult your investors' accounts in detail
- See the balance of their e-wallets
Note: Id ext. is the identifier that corresponds to the wallets at Particeep. If there is a problem, please give us the account ID and name so that we can provide you with the necessary support.
Available data
By clicking on Visualization, you have the possibility to consult:
- The incoming and outgoing flows of the wallet
- KYC, Iban documents
- The basic information of a natural person: name, first name, address, date of birth ...
- The basic information of a legal person: company name, description ...
KYC documents
In the Document section, you can view an investor's KYC documents and their validation status.
For compliance reasons, all information must be justified and justifiable
Sending notifications
To ensure matching between the information transmitted:
- Particeep sends notifications to Lemonway regarding KYC information, wallet in / out flows ...
- Lemonway in return sends confirmation and validation notifications.
Check the sending status of notifications
- Please click Tools -> Configuration -> Notifications.
- Then click on Process unsent notifications to restart the matching.
In the Status column, if you do not see a number, such as 0.200 or if the column is empty, it means that notifications have not been sent to Particeep The matching between your platform and Lemonway must be respected, it may take between 48 to 72 hours to process KYCs.
Actions not to be carried out during the verification phase by Lemonway
During this period, under no circumstances should:
- Upload a document to your investor's space
- Change the email that receives notifications
- Create a new e-wallet from your Lemonway space without going through the platform
- Freeze an investor's e-wallet
Any intervention of this type will result in a manual action by Particeep which will be invoiced according to our professional services grid.
Configuring notifications
As a customer you receive notifications of status changes:
- On document validation
- On the validation of ewallets.
To receive notifications:
- The contact email entered, who will receive these notifications must be different from your admin account.
If you put the same email as your administrator account on Particeep, you will receive spam all notifications.
