Allow a partner to distribute a product

Assigning a product to a partner will allow him to create subscriptions on behalf of his customers on this product.

Go to Partners -> Assign a product

Procedure for assigning products to a partner

Just follow the next steps:

Product selection

Product search is possible on the product name only.

You can select multiple products

Partner selection

The search for partners is possible on the name, first name or company of the partner.

You can select multiple partners.

Adding a document to sign (optional)

The partner will find the document to be signed in the Signature tab of his back office (example: Annex to the distribution agreement)

The document to be signed can be:

• a PDF
• a docx with or without merge fields. The document can therefore be pre-filled.

You can download

• a new document
• use an existing document on the platform via a Search by document name.

Fee setup (optional)

Then configure the commissioning of the distributor partner.

Finish

The partner can now create subscriptions for his customers on this product.
