Management of distributor partner commissions

It is possible on Particeep Finstore to manage the commissions of distributor partners (WMA)

Commissions are calculated and may be available via rest API (JSON) or CSV export for sending to the accounting department.

Set up distributor partner fees

To configure the costs of a pending distributor partner:

  • Go to Partners-> awaiting validation - > choice of partner -> validate
  • Enter the fixed costs and the variable costs

To configure the costs of an existing distributor:

  • Go to Partners -> list of partners -> choice of partner -> actions -> manage or click on the partner's email
  • Click on the pen icon to modify the global costs

  • go to partner profile -> operations -> actions -> edit costs to modify the costs on an operation
  • go to partner profile -> operations -> transaction -> edit fees to modify the fees on a transaction

Types of commission

It is possible to set up two fee systems (commissions) for the management company:

  • The fees applied to a transaction
  • The fees applied to the amounts invested in a transaction

Good to know:

  • Commissions are not visible to end investors
  • They also do not generate any payment flow on the platform.
  • They are displayed for informational purposes for the distributor partner and for the platform administrator.

Commissions on transactions

  • Fixed fee (in Euros): default flat-rate amounts to be paid to the distributor for each transaction.
  • Variable fees (in%): The default variable fees to be paid to the distributor for each transaction.
A CGP has a commission of € 50 and 1% on validated transactions. When the investor validates a transaction of € 50,000 in an operation, his CGP will then receive a commission of € 550 (i.e. € 50 + € 500).

Commissions on outstanding amounts

Commissions (fees) applied to outstanding are calculated on the basis of the "volume" of the investor's current transactions on a non-revalued basis.

  • The administrator must configure these fees for his WMA.
  • Start date: start of the period for calculating outstanding
  • Duration (in months): duration of the period over which the outstanding charges are applied
  • Frequency (in months): frequency of payment. If you choose "3", an outstanding calculation period will be one quarter
  • Fixed charge on the outstanding amount (amount): applied per period
  • Variable charge on the outstanding amount (%): applied to completed transactions. The fees are calculated on the value of the transaction carried out (not revalued).
