Create a form

The forms allow you to collect and aggregate information from the different users of your platform.

These forms are:

  • configurable at will
  • integrated into the customer registration, customer knowledge, subscription journeys
  • the data collected can be used for scoring your users or for pre-filling the documentation automatically generated online
The forms must imperatively be configured when setting up your platform if you want users to be able to register and invest.

Create a form

In the administration area of the platform:

  • click on Forms -> Create a form
  • enter a name and a description to complete the creation of the form.

Customize a form

After creating the form, you can:

  • add questions by clicking on Add a question
  • add sections by clicking on Add section

You can also:

  • modify the title of your sections to better structure your form.
  • add optional description

Actions on issues

To change the order of the questions:

  • keep a click on the question to move
  • move the question to the desired place

You can also:

  • duplicate questions
  • delete questions

Types of questions possible

The type of question depends on the type of answer you expect. If you want the user to give you a date and not a text or number, you must choose a date type question.

There are 7 possible types of questions including:

  • Document
  • Single choice
  • Selection
  • Text
  • Long Text
  • Checkboxes
  • Dated

You can choose from the selection list.
