Export answers from a form

Exporting responses from your forms will allow you:

• to easily process your users' data
• use your data on other solutions
• easily back up your data.

The data is exported to a file called " form_name-answers.csv"

To export your data to forms:

go to Forms -> choose the form -> click on the Export button.

Depending on your browser settings, if a dialog box asks you what to do, choose Save File to save it to your computer from the downloads.

Once the export is complete, you can view the responses to your form by opening the file with Microsoft Excel or Calc from Libre Office.
