How to add a document to consult on a product?

It is possible to add one or more documents on a product. These documents can be of several types: informative or to be signed by users.

Adding a document to consult consists of adding a document related to the product such as a sales brochure.

Add a document to consult on a product

Once connected to your administrator area:

  • Click on the Products tab.
  • Click on the Actions button located on the line of the product to which the document must be added.

  • Then click on the View or add documents button.

  • Click on the New button located in the Product Documents


  • Click on Add a file

You can now fill in the document to add from your workstation by clicking in the dotted area.

  • Click on the Confirm
  • Once the document has been added, enter a description of the document, and click on the Confirm

  • The document is now saved

It is possible to download or delete a product document. To do this, click on one of the icons located next to the desired document.

Consult a document on a product

The documents to consult for a product are visible on the customer interface.

To consult them, the user, connected to his client interface, must:

  • Click on the Invest tab which will redirect it to the page containing all projects.
  • Click on the project whose documentation is to be consulted.
  • Click on the Documents tab. Product documents can be found in this section.
