How to add a document to sign on a product

It is possible to add one or more documents on a product.

These documents can be:

  • for consultation by users
  • for online signature by users

Add a document to be signed by the investor

Once connected to your administrator area:

  • Go to Products -> Actions -> View or add documents

  • Click on the Choose a file button located in the Documents to be signed by the investor

  • Upload a document to add
  • Click on the Confirm

Which profiles can sign documents online

The document can be signed by:

  • the two types of investors: natural person and legal person.
  • joint subscribers
  • the usufructuary
  • the distributor partner
  • the administrator

To activate signatures on subscription documents:

  • Choose the type of investor of your choice. This field is required

  • To make the document a document to be signed, click on the button next to "The document is to be signed".
Please note, if this button is not activated, it will not be possible to specify the persons who will have to sign the document.
  • You can now define by whom the document should be signed
  • Click on the Confirm button to finalize the addition of the document to be signed on the transaction.

What do the signature options mean?

  • The document to be signed by the investor appears at the end of the user's subscription process. He can consult the document at any time in his Signatures tab
  • The document to be signed by the usufructuary appears in the user area of the usufructuary. He can consult the document at any time in his Signatures tab
  • The document to be signed by the co-subscriber is sent by email to the co-subscriber.
  • The document to be signed by the partner appears in the partner's space in the documents linked to the subscription visible in its Signatures tab.
When signing a document, the person concerned will receive an email informing them that a document is awaiting signature.

It may take a few minutes for the document to generate (2-3 minutes).

What is the order of signature for multi-signature?

If several people have to sign the same document, the signatures are generated in a precise order:

  • When the partner initiates the transaction, he signs the first follow-up of the investor and possibly of the usufructuary and the co-subscriber
  • When the investor initiates the transaction, he signs the first follow-up of the partner and possibly of the usufructuary and the co-subscriber

What actions are possible on the documents to be signed?

From the Products -> View documents tab, it is possible to:

  • download a document
  • delete a document
  • consult the signatures of this document

All the signatures generated on the platform are visible in the Signatures tab
