Edit the content of automatic notifications

Several user actions (administrator, distributor, investors) trigger an automatic notification email.

The content of all these notifications can be personalized using a real-time message editor: message_editor.

The notifications take into account the choice of language.

Modify the content of an email

To modify the content of an email, you must connect to the platform with the administrator account, the one that was used to create the platform.

Then on the home page, modify the URL by adding "/ message_editor".

Search after the content of the mail that you want to modify and edit it. The message keys associated with the content of the mails are of the form: notifier.xxxxx.

The content of notification mails contains variables contained in curly braces with numbers from 0 to 9: {0 - 9}.

These variables make it possible to retrieve information from the database on the user, the platform, the amount invested, the operation, etc.

All notifications begin with notifier.general.welcome: "Hello {0}," including the {0} corresponding to the user's full name or his email address if the latter has not yet been entered in his profile.

All notifications end with:

end.line: "Regards,"
end.team: "The {0} team" whose {0} corresponds to the name of your platform.
