Score user profiles on my platform
Scoring a user makes it possible to determine his risk profile and to validate his ability to invest in the operations offered on the platform.
This point is important in order to fulfill the duty of advice and comply with the regulations in force.
Particeep offers 3 types of scores on its Finstore platform
- The manual score
- Automatic score based on customer data
- The third-party score based on a third-party solution
The manual score
It is possible according to your internal criteria to have control over the score of your users.
You must first define your risk profiles.
To do this, go to Settings -> Settings management -> Risk profiles
Define the risk profiles and save
To associate a risk profile (score) to a user
- Go to Investors -> Actions -> Edit profile
- In the investment information section, complete the client profile
- Save
The automated score
It is possible to automate user scores based on customer knowledge.
For this it is necessary to apply
- Weighting of responses to the customer knowledge questionnaire
- A personalized formula allowing to deduce a score associated with its weights
To integrate weights into your customer knowledge form,
- Go to Forms -> Choice of form -> Actions -> Modify
- For each answer to the questions, associate a weight
- Then contact our support who will take care of integrating the score formula into our system
The score is then visible on the user profile
To access it, go to Investors -> see profile -> profile score
The third score
It is possible to use a third-party service to achieve a user's score
We must then:
- integrate the third-party service in question into our rest API (JSON)
- make the service optional
- develop user and administrator interfaces
