Monitor visits to the platform via Google analytics

It is possible to follow and monitor the audience on the platform;

We propose:

  • Google Analytics to track audience statistics
  • Hotjar to monitor customer journeys

How to follow your audience

  • Go to Settings -> Configuration -> Audience of your platform
  • Add the Google analytics or hotjar code according to the chosen service

For google analytics, we offer 2 methods:

  • add the code in the form UA-XXXXXXXXX-X provided to you by Google analytics. Audience data will be automatically collected and sent.
  • integrate a Google Tag Manager in the <head> tag of the platform. Contact us to carry out this operation
