How to prepare the configuration of my Particeep Finstore platform?

To configure your platform, you need to prepare the following items:

Graphical charter

We recommend at least 3 pages.

List of categories,
List of administrators (emails),
Review of content and automated email notifications with the person in charge of the implementation at Particeep,
Custom domain name,
Google Analytics code,
Access to API keys/secrets for configuring web hooks or interfacing internal/third-party tools,
(Optional) Import of existing historical users and transactions in case of data migration from another system.

Choice of financing type: company shares, fund shares, bonds, debt,
Choice of user types: investor, project leader, administrator, distributor / advisor,
Investor client knowledge questionnaire, natural person and / or legal person,
Optional: question of financing request and scoring for project leaders,
Customer knowledge document to be signed upon registration for natural and legal person,
Investment questionnaire (information to be filled in when subscribing),
Distributor knowledge questionnaire and distribution agreement to be signed upon registration,
Elements related to the products to be subscribed (documents to be consulted, documents to be signed, product offer, disclaimers, payment terms if payment offline).

Contracting is done directly with the PSP of your choice,
Provide Particeep with information related to Lemonway: back office URL, administrator accounts and API key.

Provide the models of documents to be signed online for registration and subscription (in docx format) for users who are natural persons, legal persons and partners.
