Particeep offers platform administrators on-demand access to audit trails relating to user actions

How does the audit of user actions work?

• Auditing is not available in the Particeep administrator area. This functionality is planned in our roadmap.
• It is possible to access audit information only upon request to our support team
• You must indicate to our team the desired information, the users, and the actions concerned

Which information can I find?

• It is possible to find any action made on the API concerning
  • requests to create, modify or delete data relating to users
• The audit information will contain
  • the author of the action (the login email for his account)
  • the action performed and the time at which its action was performed.

However, it is not possible to audit user actions directly on the interfaces.

What is the cost associated with an audit trail?

• The cost will be determined according to the request requested
• You must plan at least one type 4 or 5 intervention, consult the professional services brochure.
