How to report a bug

  • Send an email to support@particeep.com
  • Fill in the title of the email, the summary of the bug and if possible, the ERROR code
  • Fill in the detailed description of the bug in the body of the message. You need at least:
    • The email and password of the user concerned
    • The description of each step of the route leading to the bug
    • The bug found
    • The error code of the bug if there is one
    • The expected result
    • An image to illustrate the bug if possible
    • The access credentials to your administrator area if necessary
