Add money to a wallet

Particeep offers three ways to feed your online wallet.

All power flows are visible from User -> Wallet

Add money via card

To fund by credit card, go to your Wallet

• go to dashboard -> wallet or User -> wallet
• Click on Power> Credit card
• enter the amount.

Payments are secure

Credit card transactions require authorization from your bank and an authentication request. If any of your transactions are declined. Please wait a few minutes and start over. If the problem persists, contact your bank.

Supply by bank transfer

To make a bank transfer from your bank:

• enter the unique reference specific to your wallet. The code is made up of the name of the platform and a unique non-modifiable reference.
• You can find it by going to Wallet> Food> Bank transfer.

This code also allows an investor to make inter-user transfers.

Supply by Sepa sampling

SEPA transfer allows any bank account or e-wallet holder to transfer funds under the same conditions both in France and in all the countries of the SEPA area.

To feed by SEPA:

• please indicate your bank details
• Once the transfer has been made, your bank must authorize the transfer.

It takes 3 to 4 working days.
